- Dear Sir/ Madam, The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) is inviting Institutions to the LRFP-2025-9196393 Employment and self-employment tracksKindly find attached : The Terms of Reference, including the criteria of assessment The request for proposal including the submission guidelines Deadlineexpected to receive proposals is 10 April 2025 at 3 PM .
