- Expression of Interest are invited for External Auditors. Deadline: 15/11/2023. The Construction Authority for Potable Water and Wastewater (CAPW) now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc.). Consultants may constitute joint ventures to enhance their chances of qualification. The shortlisting criteria are: • The auditor firm/company should be registered and have a license from a national or regional professional Accountancy Body. • proven experience of 15 years in auditing, accounting, and financial analysis • The firm/company should have at least 10 years- experience auditing development project/programs, especially donor-funded operations, and provide completion certificates for previous assignments. • Availability of qualified staffs as stated in the Term of reference among firm team.
