- The Ministry of Civil Aviation (“MoCA”) of Egypt (“the Client”) wishes to introduce private sector participation (“PSP”) in the operations and expansion of 11 Egyptian airports (“the Program”). The Program aims to transform the country-s airport infrastructure by engaging the private sector in the development, operation, and management of selected airports. IFC seeks to procure an E&S consultant to support IFC and MoCA with all E&S aspects throughout the implementation of this Program.
