- Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The general objective of the assignment is to contribute to the drafting, presentation and finalization of the Implementation Plan (IP) of the NES based on the contributions received from all national stakeholders involved and in alignment with the recent country-s āNarrative for Economic Developmentā.More specifically, the National expert will provide direct technical support to draft the Pillars 2 (Skills) and 4 (Job quality) and provide quality assurance on the overall RF, ensuring its consistency with the ILO guidelines and national expectations. The RF should translate the policy objectives and measures of the Strategy into a results-based implementation planIf you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult the detailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform.
